Account and authority
You must provide accurate information and must be authorised to act for the organisation registered in the portal. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your organisation account.
Licences and permitted use
AxiShield licences are granted to the purchasing organisation for the authorised edition, duration and number of appliances. A licence may not be resold, shared with another organisation, cloned, bypassed or used to defeat technical protection measures.
Installation and device identity
Installation may create a device identity and bind a licence to an authorised appliance. Hardware changes, duplication or simultaneous use may require verification, suspension or an authorised licence transfer.
Orders, payment and renewal
Prices, billing periods and taxes are shown before an order is confirmed. A licence becomes available after successful payment or administrative approval. Subscription services may expire or enter a limited grace period when renewal is overdue.
Security and acceptable use
You must not use the portal or software to attack systems, interfere with services, distribute malicious content, reverse engineer protected licensing components or gain unauthorised access.
Availability and updates
Security software requires maintenance and updates. We may deploy fixes, revoke compromised certificates and require supported versions where necessary to preserve platform security.
Limitation and responsibility
AxiShield is a security control and does not replace appropriate governance, backups, monitoring or professional risk management. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for fraud, non-payment, security compromise, unlawful use or confirmed licence cloning. Data and configuration recovery options may remain available where operationally safe.
