Data we process
We process account identity, organisation details, orders, invoices, licence status, device identifiers, security events, IP addresses and technical diagnostics needed to provide and secure AxiShield.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to create accounts, fulfil contracts, process payments, activate licences, detect cloning or abuse, provide support, maintain audit records and comply with legal obligations.
Device and anti-cloning data
Hardware information is normalised and hashed where practical. Customers do not receive raw anti-cloning signals that could weaken the security controls.
Sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email and payment providers acting under appropriate contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Records are retained for contractual, security, accounting and legal requirements. Access is restricted and sensitive communications use encrypted transport where supported.
Your rights
